In the glamorous patterns and colors of Bingata one might see the primal scenery of Okinawa. Shuri, Naha City, where Shuri Ryusen is located, is widely known as the birthplace of Bingata. Various Bingata garments, accessories, and plant-dyed original crafts are exhibited and sold at the workshop. Witness Bingata items in the making and try dyeing using coral, which is said to bring good luck and happiness.
