When talking about noodles in Okinawa, probably the first thing that comes in to mind is ‘Okinawa Soba’. Tondou owner, born and raised in Okinawa, wanted to bring a whole new noodle culture to Okinawa, and that was ‘Ramen’. Using local ingredients Tondou ramen has become one of the most beloved ramen on Island. The two most popular ramen are ‘Otoko-Aji’,a pork-base soup ramen,and ‘Onna-Aji’,a salt-base soup ramen. As side dishes Fried rice and Gyoza dumplings are also popular.
