the midst of the business district. The cuisine from ancient Okinawa can be enjoyed in tea lunch style. Pork and Okinawan vegetables are mainly used. A clear soup of pork tripe or Rafute, Mimiga (pig’s ear sashimi) and potato doughnut are included in each course. Okinawan lacquerware and pottery are used for tableware. Although all of the guest rooms are separated and can be used starting with one person, prior reservations are recommended.
