The park consists of a tropical garden and a greenhouse. The greenhouse with a flowing waterfall features a collection of rare subtropical plants of Okinawa. These plants include Ananas, Anthurium and Cyathea Fern that are available all year long. Also, you will be able to enjoy the affects of negative air ionization therapy whilst visiting our forest.

Boarding a pineapple-shaped shuttle bus, take a tour in pineapple fields and multi-colored tropical gardens. There are also a promenade allowing plant enjoyment and an observation platform to fully discover views of the whole park. Visitors can also discover the process of pineapple cultivation, explore the parks winery and enjoy samples of pineapple and pineapple wine. As a complete pineapple world, Nago Pineapple Park also features a souvenir shop and restaurant.

Amazingly, the Pineapple Park features Japan’s first pineapple winery completed in 1992, where you will be able to try samples of fruity pineapple wine.

The souvenir shop has a variety of original products made from pineapple such as confectionary, juice and cosmetics. The popular “Original Sponge Cake with Pineapple Pieces” is a fine and delicious sponge cake with plenty of pineapple pieces on top which has been manufactured for thirty years now.

At the “Restaurant Palm Tree”, you can enjoy unique dishes of Okinawa such as Okinawan soba, taco rice, hamburger steak and Agu Pork with ginger
