Kiyuna Farm

Kiyuna Farm

Kiyuna Farm is very education oriented, as it wishes to teach adults the importance of agriculture and children the preciousness of life through interaction with animal companions. Learn about the ecology of the livestock (birth and growth, etc.) and experience firsthand the life of a dairy farmer by helping with work like milking, mowing, and cleaning up afer the animals. There is also an Okinawan culture program with Sanshin (3-stringed guitar-like instrument) performance and Ryukyuan card games (in the Okinawan dialect).
